• The Monday billing process now puts each item into Send, Fix, or FYI sections, with clearer actions and a new screen for sending held invoices, dismissing checks, refreshing rows, and rerunning one Opp. Use the queue to see what needs action instead of relying on the old classification names. • The CRM now keeps invoices linked to the correct Opp when a customer or Account changes, and uses the approved invoice recipient details more consistently. A blocked cross-Account contact is now flagged for review instead of silently creating or updating the wrong Books contact. • The DeGroot Settings screen now lets authorised staff choose the Operations Manager for each route and set leave cover dates.
